**Creating a bug on behalf of the customer as issue is reproducible in our environment too.
I am following the tutorial provided in the link http://www.netbeans.org/kb/60/javaee/identity-amsecurity.html

Following the below steps mentioned in the link leading to problems.

To configure the web service provider:

1. In the Projects window, expand StockQuoteService project node and Web Services node.
2. Locate Web Services node, right-click on StockService node and select Edit Web Service Attributes from pop-up menu.
The Web Service Client Security Configuration dialog box opens.
3. Select the Enable Message Level Security checkbox.
4. Locate Security Mechanism from the Request drop-down list, select SAML-HolderOfKey.
5. Click OK .

I don't seem to get the Web Client Security Configuration dialog box as stated in number 2 instead I get AM Security
and Quality of Service dialog box.
