not sure if this is jar has messages from netbeans or not; if it does,
it has 2 lines with same key but different values in same message file -
and it means not clear which one will be shown to user -
please reduce to just one key/value.

I'd guess it is a jsp parser code (not netbeans). Reassigning to tmysik.

glassfish-jspparser-2.0 is part of Glassfish project, not NetBeans. Closing as WONTFIX. Reporter, please file a bug
against Glassfish project.
