1. Open schema in read-only mode (for example, open a schema from JAR).
2. In Source View, perform an editing operation (for example, press Del).
Result: message in status bar reads: "File ... cannot be locked because it is read-only".
It's not clear what is the "lock" here. Message should be "File ... is read-only" or "File ... cannot be edited because
it is read-only".

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
