Please look at the dialog I just attached. For all Java UI elements, the radio/checkbox cannot be used for LABEL_FOR. The Mnemonic has been used for the checkbox itself and cannot be assigned to LABEL_FOR the textfield. I think this is a general Java UI limit and is an invalid bug. Please see also issue#128128.
