Indo em Arquivo → Novo Projeto → Módulos do Netbeans e escolhendo o projeto "Módulo de Encapsulador de Bibliotecas" a um
erro tipográfico na Descrição do projeto.
Em "Criar um nvo módulo (...)" comeram a letra 'o' da palavra novo.

Accepting issue but downgrading priority to P3. This issue does not prevent IDE to be functional.
