1. Create new project.
2. New File -> XML -> XML Document.
Result: since step 3 (Select Document File), wizard windows title changes to New File. It's wrong. It should describe
situation more specifically (at least as New XML Document, as during previous steps).

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
