Issues with dialog Create New Variable

 No Accessible description :
   Class: org.netbeans.core.windows.services.NbDialog {  Create New Variable |  } 

 Components with no LABEL_FOR pointing to it :

It seems that this issue is really P1 but its fixing should not be complicated.
