Build: 080213

- Create an interface element
- Create an attribute for the interface
- Select and right click attribute, I only see "Create attribute" menu.
  "Remove attribute" is missing

This also apply to "Remove operation" for interface element as well

Since the Remove Attribute/Remove Operation actions are the same thing as the Delete action the remove XXX actions have been removed.

verified in build 20080508.
Delete menu item presents for both attribute and operation when it's selected.
