The license header of a new file in a netbeans.org module is inconsistent with the licenses of files already existing in
the repository. Attaching the created header, notice how it differs from e.g.

Yardo do you have an authoritative answer for what the correct license header for new files should be? I can't keep
track after all the changes...

I think the header for new files was right as it was, except that the first year was hardcoded, which I have fixed:
