I start up the ide using the runide.exe file on Windows. The console window that opens up has a screen height and buffer size of 25. This means that I cannot scroll up to read text that scrolls off of the top. So, I have to set the properties of the window myself. Usually change the buffer size to 500. The problem is, Windows will only save this setting for windows of the same name. If I download a new build and put it in a different installation directory (which I do daily) the console window has a new name and I have to set this property all over again. Is there a way that the .exe file could default this buffer size to something bigger (1000? 2500?).
I am not sure if such that way on winsys exists. Assigning to Trung.

the user can set the size of the console buffer for _all_ console apps (cf control panel). This is a user preference. We should not violate it.
