We are creating a plugin for a strategic and large ISV and would like to add web service clients to the NB project
pallet within a web or visual web project based on WSDLs stored locally in a directory.

This is not possible as we cannot interact with the Web Service Client module without being defined as a friend, by
exposing a public API or redistributing the module.
