Description kaa 2008-02-06 17:41:43 UTC
Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200801290002)
Java: 1.6.0_03; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_03-b05
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; MS932; ja_JP (nb)
Project encodings: UTF-8/win-31j

Steps:

1. Create SQL Module
2. Create XML Schema doc and select it in project tree
3. Invoke XSL Transformation from he pop-up menu
4. Press OK in the dialog.

Browser will show an error message with bad mbyte chars (question marks). See image. The same with IE.
Changing encodings in browser didn't help. I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.
