Seen with Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200801311204) Java: 1.6.0_03; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_03-b05 System: SunOS version 5.10 running on x86; ISO646-US; en (nb) Userdir: /Users/lautz/.netbeans/dev 1. On a SOAP port, rt-click and choose Edit Web Service Attributes-> Server Configuration. 2. In the WS-Policy Attachments dialog, click the Reliable Messaging checkbox and the Advanced button. => The Advanced Reliable Messaging Attributes dialog opens. 4. Click the Flow Control checkbox. 5. Enter letters in either the Maximum Flow Control Buffer Size or Inactivity Timeout (ms) fields and click OK. => The values are reset with no feedback to the user about errors.
The same happens to the standard WSIT GUI. The original valid value is restored when the focus is changed. This is not very obvious to the user. Some error message would be nice.
