Tools debugger sometimes do not stop on some breakpoints,
some print texts of the breakpoints are printed twice,
Debugger exception: java.lang.NullPointerException is sometimes
written to the output window etc.
The best way to reproduce these problems is to create several (say 10)
line breakpoints on 10 consecutive lines and press continue button.
On the other hand I was not able to figure out EXACTLY when these
problems occures.

please add the OS and JDK versions to the bug report, especially in the case
when the bug is not reliably reproducible

Fixed in main trunk.

Verified in Netbeans build 211.
