When the "Quick Browse" bar is enabled in the editor window, in the list 
generated, for those methods that are not a constructor of the class, only the 
method name is shown, while for the constructors, parameters are also shown.  
It would be move consistent and helpful to show the parameter list for all 
methods.

It is consistent with the main Explorer view, I am afraid. I'm marking this as
an enhancement -- we will be (hopefully) able to solve it using Looks (a.k.a
FreeStyle Browser) making the Navigator's contents configurable for NB 3.3

The combo is no longer a part of netbeans. See issue #53602.
