Steps to reproduce:
1)Update Glass fish certificates.
2)Create a web application.(Go to File->New->Web->Web Application)
3)create a web service by right clicking web application node. 
4)Right click the web service and select Edit web service attributes.
4)Enable Secure All Service Operations.
5)Uncheck Use Development defaults check box.
6)We are able to see Truststore keybutton is disabled.

Expected Result:Truststore keybutton should be enabled when we uncheck Use
Development defaults check box.

Truststore button is enabled only when it is required. It's not required because the server is GF (not Tomcat).
