Highlight Matching tag should give priority to Selected text Highlight. Currently, Matching tag has precedence.
Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Prepare ie.
<table></table>|         <!-- pipe stands for carret -->
inside of a html file
2) Press 'shift+left' arrow in order to select text
=> selection not visible
