During the CEW4 workshop, some concerns were expressed at the use of the CAPS Classic 5.2 repository and what the
upgrade process will look like for NB6 workspaces that need to be upgraded to use 5.2.1 or 5.x in the future.  The
concern is if the current use of CAPS Classic projects in NB6 use some hardcoded information to retrieve the repository
reference and whether these will be portable to 5.2.1.  Furthermore, what is the impact of OTD Links / JBI bridge used
in NB6 projects that are imported from the repository and how will these be managed following an upgrade to a 5.2.x
repository?
