Description jbaragry 2007-12-20 10:50:25 UTC
Create a new Flatfile DB (Mashup DB)
Connect to new Axion DB in the DB explorer
Add new External Table.
Follow wizard to create new table from CSV file.
Wizard completes successfully.

The new table does not appear in the DB explorer.
Refreshing DB does not resolve the issue.
Close and Reconnect to DB does not resolve the issue.

Need to restart of Netbeans. The table then appears in the DB explorer

I'm sorry, I have never heard of Flatfile DB, Mashup DB, or Axion DB. Can you please give me some background.

Thanks!

David

Menu: Tools -> Mashup Daatabase -> Create Mashup Database.
- provide any name: eg sampleDB
Finish.

I've just tried to recreate the problem in latest openesb build. (NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20071228165830)) and Mashup DB
(Axion) now fails to even create a database. It also fails to connect to any existing Axion databases. The DB driver for
"Mashup DB" now seems to be configured incorrectly.

Sorry if this is in the wrong bucket, but this appears to be an issue with OpenESB integration? Please re-route as needed.
Comment 4 jbaragry 2008-05-29 12:11:09 UTC
still an issue and should be fixed for the caps6 release.
Comment 5 jawed 2008-05-30 03:02:19 UTC
This issue has been fixed and now once new table is added,it can be seen in the same netbeans session after restarting
that particular database(Disconnect and connect). The fix is a part of release61.

To verify you have to use open-esb installer.
