Create a new C/C++ project on client A, import it into your subversion server, checkout it on client B, add a
configuration (project properties > manage configurations) on client A, commit from client A, update on client B... and
you will not see the new target on client B.
This makes Netbeans not usable in C/C++ team projects :-\.

It seems that if you reload the IDE sometimes it loads the changes to project configurations.
