Sometimes tests fail with error "The button [Finish] is not found or disabled in the dialog [NetBeans IDE Installer].
Need to enhance PluginsOperator to get more exact message about the reason: or it is problem in PluginsOperator or in
IDE or the reason is that necessary plugin is absent in list of available plugins.
