1. open some properties data object (in table editor)
2. open the same in plane text editor
3. go with carret behind the last key-value pair and java.lang.Exception will 
occur

The second exception occurrs when you close table editor a doesn't let save 
modified file.

I forgot :)
4. press Enter at least two times and exception (first stacktrace) will occurr.

Fixed in [main-trunk]. Next build available.

See description of fix in #15698. The fix is same for both bugs.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
