in nb6 UML Project,when  create a class diagram and drop a class diagram from the palette,the ide will frozen for a long
time. This issue occurs in nb6 from rc  and final release in windows XP,JDK5(jdk1.5.0_12) or JDK6(jdk1.6.0_03).In
linux(Ubuntu 7.10),the issue does not occur.

I think this problem may be cause by chinese setting folder name,hope to fix it!.

I have change the nb6 setting folder to a english named folder,and the frozen was gone!It is really caused by Chinese
characters in the setting folder name.

what is setting folder name?  where t is?
