Description akiko.mochizuki 2001-05-22 07:32:29 UTC
How to reproduce
----------------
1. Create a Resource.properties with Japanese Key, Value and Comment.
2. Open the Property Editor of each key.

See the attached snapshot.
Comment, Key and Value have the same Japanese string.
The Key and Value are input from Source Editor, and they can't be displayed
correctly on the Property Editor. They are Unicode escapes.
The Comment is input from the Property Editor, and it can be displayed
correctly.
