-have a project with websvc and some handler
-go to Configure msg handlers -> Add msg handler dialog
-select some handler and hit Enter

Expected: Add msg. handler dialog is closed and selected handler(s) are added to handlers in Configure handlers dlg

Actual: selected handler(s) are opened in the editor

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
