I was doing following things:
-run refresh service action from the ws from wsdl node - this action failed, because I had errors in local copy of WSDL file
-correct local wsdl by hand
-correct ws impl class

=> not sure if I hit save or not, but at the end there was a UI freeze waiting for me :( Thread dump is attached

Cannot reproduce and cannot see from thread dump the issue is in web services code.
Please reopen if occurs again with new thread dump.
