After clicking on the yellow warning and having the editor fix the code, like adding an annotation "@Override" ... the cursor  "I-Beam" is no longer seen and 
the insertion postion can not be selected.  I had to re-start NeBeans to get the cursor back.  I'm  using 6.0 Beta 2 on Mac OS X 10.4

This is another case of Mac focus problem. See issue 120880, there is mentioned workaround to recover w/o restarting IDE
