JavaEditor.InteriorSection.setBottom(String) does not apply identation engine 
to code. JavaEditor.InteriorSection.setHeader(String) works without problems

OK, for consistency reasons, both header and bottom part of the guarded block 
should be handled in the same way.

Trung, Karel, (or other GuardedBlock users) does it somehow affect your code 
generation ?

Wontfix -- if this issue blocks some another serious one, please 
reopen. I don't want to introduce another ad-hoc tags into the java 
source.
