There are two context menuitems named Delete.

Expand Drivers, right-click on a registered driver and there will be 2 Delete menuitems side-by-side

Same for a registered connection

Haha, the 2nd Delete refers to the Delete key or the key the action is mapped to

Try invoking the context menu on a file in a project in the Projects window.

Also you'll see "Delete  Delete"
