The current delete dialog for a combined fragment in the sequence diagram has the following issues:
1. dialog is not the same as the delete dialog for other elements since the question wordings are different
2. no question icon before the question as the delete dialog for other elements
3. missing a checkbox for deleting messages contained in combined fragment as from previous release

See attached for the current and 5.5 delete dialogs

Removing obsolete assignments.  Bugs will be reassigned for M2.

In NB 6.1, the correct dialog with option "Also delete messages contained in combined fragment(s)." This option is now
missing in 6.5's dialog so change the version to 6.5.

The option for "don't ask me again" is also missing in the dialog. This option is connected to
Tools->Options->UML->Dialogs->Delete Combined Fragment Messages option.
