Build 4243 from deadlock.

1. Open the web/core NetBeans modules project from the NetBeans source repository
2. Wait for the classpath scanning -> it never completes
chokes when scanning /Users/petrjiricka/sources/trunk/openide/util/test/unit/src

I will attach the thread dump.

Already filled and fixed as issue #120737.

Indeed fixed now in 4245.
