Everything was already said about that bug in SDN's bug database. It's NOT Neatbeans bug, but it undermines ALL of
Netbeans great features as IDE or RCP. We love Swing and Netbeans and it's disappointing to see, that you continue to
distribute 5.5 and 6.x with buggish JDK 6u3 leaving the clients in perplexity. If it's hard to press on the Swing team,
just offer Netbeans with 6u1 so far!

Oh no, I'm just a small man. One more report about this and I'm desperately going to jump the bridge or will change my
job to something more peaceful :-(

What you probably want to hear is that we disabled JFileChooser side bar recently and now it seems to be fast enough.
Details in duplicate 109703.

We certainly can't afford to not support newest JDK available. I think I would get another million of reports if I do so...
