Beta2 build 200710190908

1. Bring up design center via main menu Window>Other>UML Design Center
2. Select menu Window>Maximize to maximize Design center window
3. Select menu Window>Restore Window 
-- design center window's height is not resized to original size as other window, such
   as project window is.

Actually restore works fine as other windows
