Php project depends on IDE local configuration so collective work is not possible.

I can copy php project to another computer and edit php source files.
Some actions (like 'run on server', debug, upload, download) depend on server used by developer.
Server settings are not copied together with project.

If you mean these, server-related actions, this issue should be modified into enhancement.
Or at least summary should be changed to the more appropriate.

The problem is that server information is not copied together with project.
After moving project to another computer user has to set up server again or select another one.

change summary to 'actions related to server doesn't work after project is copied to other computer'.
