NB: Beta 2 build 200710151100

1) Create a class diagram in a UML java platform project
2) Create a class element
3) Insert operation in the class element. Operation not being created.
 
   NPE is thrown (logfile attached)

Fix has been checked into trunk, need to port to beta2 branch.
