I'd expect for a wizard to allow me to complete all its stops from inside its interface. As step 2 (select the resource
bundle) doesn't allow the CREATION of one, i had to create it outside the wizard. Additionally i only could get the
resource bundle to display in the wizard if i knew that the file created had to have the ".properties" extension. And
most people wouldn't without a google search.

This has been already reported (as bug #96465) and fixed. (The fix will be in NB 6.0 Beta 2.)
