"Blocking type" combobox should be disabled for actions with unchecked "Background Task" property.

Steps to reproduce:
 - create new Java Desktop Application (Basic) project
 - invoke Application Actions window (Main menu -> Windows -> Other -> Application Actions)
 - invoke edit dialog for "showAboutBox" action
 - go to Advanced tab
 - "Blocking type" combobox is enabled (selected value does not affect the generated code)
 - check and uncheck "Background Task" checkbox
 - "Blocking type" combobox becomes disabled

Java: 1.5.0_12; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_12-b04
System: Linux version 2.6.20-16-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

Still valid issue in nb 6.5.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
