This is a regression, maybe as a result of fix to issue 76311.
1. The default mode of diagrams in model report are now very very tiny so they are not readable. 
2. the smaller diagrams in the navigable mode are very tiny too.
Attached is the sample project that has all 8 different diagrams as well as the generated model report in the project
directory.

The diagram is no longer opened zoom to fit when opened by the report generator.

verified in trunk build 20071015.
