According to user feedback it would be very useful if profiler was allowing user to start remote profiled application
with no instrumentation in order to attach profiler remotely at some moment and gather some data, then detach to let
application continue to work without any instrumentation. Currently it is possible using Dynamic attach but only for
local applications.
