Usecase:
-when user creates a CLDC/CDC project then he can finish the New Project wizard on first pane after specifying path and
name. It will use default platform to create the project. However the default platform isn't marked in Java Platform
Manager and user has no way how to specify the default

-IMO, it should work in the same way as with JDK
