Diff-ing the changed files should be allowed inside the Subversion Commit window.

There is the option to exclude a file from commit, but since you cannot check how the file has changed without closing
this dialog window, it makes this option pretty useless.

we will reconsider this. 

however - i suggest that before commiting you you inspect your changes in the versioning view ('show changes') 

maybe it would make sence to have the exclude from commit also in the diff view
