NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200710081200) Java: 1.5.0_12; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_12-b04 Windows XP There are two problems with this CSS test when comparing the runtime to designer 1-the diagram on the left does not image/draw the blue lines 2-the image on the right shows red border on the right and bottom in designer but runtime shows red border should be only on top and bottom, uniform size. Attaching project used. The test is from http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/Test/CSS2.1/20061011/t090402-c42-ibx-pad-00-d-ag.xht and requires Ahem font to be installed on the system : http://www.hixie.ch/resources/fonts/

It's there too, it seems to be similar to issue #118178. I need to have a closer look at it. This is a layout problem.
This issue is a duplicate. The same problem, current layout doesn't take into account paddings, borders, margins of particular part of text in line (span typically). *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 118178 ***
