IIRC, in previous versions of NetBeans when I downloaded a .NBM it would have a NetBeans icon and opening would bring up
netbeans and ask to install the module. In the beta-1 it does not seem to be associated as its icon is the generic file
icon and clicking on it asks me to select a program with which to open it.
