Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a read only schema with non-null targetnamespace in schema editor.
2. Open properties, right click on targetnamespace and click on restore default value.

Causes the following:

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
