Navigator doesn't work for HTML files since build 200710011335. To reproduce:

- create a new java project
- open new file wizard
- choose Other|HTML File
- finish the wizard
- html file is opened in editor but Navigator doesn't show anything

The navigator doesn't work in jsp, html, css. I am not aware of any change in these editors recently which could cause
this. Hanzi, can you please look at it? I guess it is caused by some changes in Schlieman. BTW, navigator works for
javascript. Last comment - navigator worked until I cleared userdir.

One question. When you start editing file, navigator is OK, isnt it?
