I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.

1. Create SQL Module
2. Open pop-up menu using mouse right click on the project node.

There is 'Generate WSDL' item.
It is from not from pseudo localized bundle file

Fixed. Added text to pseudo localized bundle file.

adding text to pseudo localized bundle file will not fix this; these kind of fixes
usually done in code and/or adding to english Bundle.properties files.
