Help page opened form project properties - sources (common J2se project or freeform project) does not say anything about
Include&Exclude button and Encoding combobox.

 current help for nb6 does mention about project and file encoding properties now.

reducing priority as this is something that *is* covered in the New Proj. wizard help, which is where a user would first
need to deal with it. Otherwise, the meaning of the button should be pretty clear for anybody who needs this functionality

Fixed. 
Information about the "Include&Exclude" button and "Encoding" combobox is added to the online help.
Fixed in trunk on Nov 08, 2009.
