Description kawkhins 2007-10-01 10:16:38 UTC
LINUX JDK1.6
NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200709301200)

When creating a new project:
Samples/Web/Visual JSF, then NEXT

If changing the destination folder to a new folder (not existing), then error message:
The project name TravelCenter already exists in this directory
Comment 1 kawkhins 2007-10-01 10:18:54 UTC
Also, it is then impossible to create the project (NEXT not available).
Under the fields for selecting directory, there is a check box "Project Name:" which seams wrong.
(in other type of projects, this box is "Set as main project")
Comment 2 Milan Kubec 2007-10-01 10:26:54 UTC
Reassigning to web, the UI seems really strange, BTW I'm not able to reproduce the problem with existing directory.
Comment 3 kawkhins 2007-10-01 10:44:41 UTC
Problem is not there if you select a directory by "Browse" button.
But if you type it's name, then unvalid error message is shown.

Comment 5 Tomas Mysik 2007-10-02 14:12:26 UTC
The problem is in visualweb/samples module - so reassigning.
Comment 6 Matthew Bohm 2007-10-03 23:33:12 UTC
This problem pertains to samples in general, not any particular sample application, so reassigning to cnguyencasj.
