The beta1 does not contain fixes of issue 115049 and issue 116515 that should eliminate this problem. The fixes are present in the trunk dev builds. Marking as fixed.

It was the third page of VW EE5 navigation project and had previously been deployed. I noticed that the first time that the context menu was brought up on refactor, the rename entry was greyed out.

Reopening this as it was marked as fixed on Oct 1 but seeing this on Build 10120000 (and the reporter as yet does not yet reopen bugs). (fyi this project includes the latest woodstock RC3 build 14 components in a VWP ee5 project)

I re-installed the 10120000 and this did not include the Woodstock B14 RC3 components.
Build: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200710151100) VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM, 1.6.0_03-b02 OS: Windows XP, 5.1, x86 User Comments: I see it in beta2. To reproduce: - create web application with struts - open welcomeStruts.jsp - cut the following <h3><bean:message key="welcome.heading"/></h3> <p><bean:message key="welcome.message"/></p> - paste it to the beginning of jsp (1:1 position) and exception is thrown

Increasing priority because of too many duplicates.
This is a dup of issue 118646 that was fixed today. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 118646 ***
THIS ISSUE HAS 5 MORE DUPLICATES
How can this be marked "Resolved/Duplicate" when I got yesterday's daily build (200710160000) and it still occurs? Also there is nothing in this bug that says what it is a duplicate of?
My mistake. I missed the duplicate comment below and then checked out the other references issue and see that maybe build 200710160000 does not contain the fix. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 118646 ***
