Project view shows an exclamation mark icon on "Source Packages" and a package node. When I open the package node there
is no further indicator pointing to one or more files that may have caused this attention indicator.

It would be a great help to know which source file to investigate for solving the possible problem.

I can confirm this issue. 
The exclamation mark appeared after moving ( refactoring ) classes.

This is duplicate of issue 102290. The problem with refactoring should be fixed now, but some others still exist. Any
steps to reproduce are welcome.
